Team Leader – Operations – Noida

Job Description:

Key responsibilities of the Team Leader Operations role in Noida

  • Manage a team of approximately 20 members.
  • Be approachable and supportive towards the team and must be an excellent motivator to drive the team to meet their targets successfully.
  • Handling attrition and absenteeism management.
  • Prepare schedules for the team and ensure attendance is marked by the end of the day.
  • Ensure compliance with login, logout, and scheduled breaks of agents.
  • Work closely with team members to resolve customer problems.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving customer escalations, inquiries, and complaints from both external and internal customers as a Team Leader (Operations) in Noida.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with the team to meet required service levels, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain SLA targets monthly to achieve desired KPIs, including absenteeism and attrition within the team.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented consistently and fairly.

Job Requirements:

Essential educational qualifications, experience, and attributes of a successful Team Leader for the Operations team in Noida:

  • Any graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in voice and non-voice processes.
  • Strong background in the BPO industry.
  • Need an immediate joiner.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
