About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Collections at Fusion CX, you will manage customer interactions related to outstanding payments and overdue accounts. You will follow up with customers regarding pending dues, support collection activities, and maintain professional relationships to encourage timely payments. The role also involves monitoring outstanding accounts and working towards monthly collection targets while applying your understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute collection processes effectively.
• Contact customers and follow up on outstanding accounts and overdue payments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support timely collections.
• Monitor pending accounts and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Communicate with customers in Hindi and English regarding outstanding payments.
• Apply basic knowledge of financial products, including personal loans, business loans, and credit cards, when handling customer interactions.
• Work towards achieving monthly collection targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach throughout the collection process.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Class 12 pass or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in collections is preferred. Freshers without prior collection experience may also apply.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
• Communication: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, and credit cards.
• DRA Certification: Candidates with a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certificate are preferred. Freshers without a DRA certificate may also apply.
• Relevant Experience: Experience handling financial products or working in collection processes is an advantage.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work across seven days, as required by the operation.
