About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Telecom Order Support, you will handle customer inquiries related to orders, scheduling, and service requests while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a US shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally across calls, emails, and chat
- Conduct initial triage of customer requests, order inquiries, and service-related concerns
- Assist customers with order status updates, scheduling inquiries, and account-related questions
- Monitor and respond to email and chat inquiries within defined timelines
- Coordinate with internal and client teams to resolve service delivery concerns and order delays
- Identify and summarize causes of customer order issues and escalate cases when required
- Ensure end-to-end follow-up and resolution management for customer concerns
- Route customer cases to higher support tiers when issues fall outside Tier 1 scope
- Work within defined quality standards, KPIs, and operational compliance requirements
- Support feedback and communication between customer operations and internal support teams
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred (telecom experience is an advantage)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable supporting US customers across phone, email, and chat channels
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging customer situations
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage transactional support queues efficiently
- Willingness to work in the US shifts in a Work From Office (WFO) environment
