About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at Fusion CX, you will support e-commerce-related queries and communicate with customers and business partners to understand issues and identify suitable solutions. You will use your communication, analytical, and logical reasoning skills to assess problem statements, understand concerns raised by suppliers or vendors, and propose appropriate solutions. The role also involves working with digital tools and office applications to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English while handling customer and business-related interactions.
• Understand and assess concerns or problem statements raised by suppliers and vendors.
• Use analytical and logical reasoning to identify the underlying issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Communicate information clearly through verbal and written interactions.
• Work with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including spreadsheets and documents, to support process-related activities.
• Apply e-commerce knowledge and understanding to customer support activities where relevant.
• Maintain professional communication and a solution-oriented approach when handling queries.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Class 12 pass or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including spreadsheets and documents.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities, with the ability to assess problems and propose solutions.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Previous e-commerce experience or knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand issues, communicate clearly, and approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
