About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Beauty & Lifestyle Customer Support, you will support customers through clear and effective communication in Hindi and English according to customer preference. The role requires computer and smartphone proficiency, accurate written communication, strong typing skills, and the ability to work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Hindi and English according to their preferred language and provide clear, professional support.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate information accurately while handling customer interactions.
• Use internet and mobile applications, system navigation, MS Excel, and MS Word as required for customer support activities.
• Work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications provided through the hosted model via Citrix Workspace.
• Maintain accurate written communication and customer interaction records while meeting the required typing and communication standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass.
• Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position.
• Computer / Smartphone Proficiency: Working knowledge of the internet, mobile applications, system navigation, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• English Competency: Equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4.
• Language / Communication: Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English according to customer preference.
• Typing Speed: 40 words per minute (WPM) with no errors.
• Written Communication: Accuracy equivalent to CEFR Level B1, including grammar, sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and related written communication.
• Ability to work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications provided through the hosted model via Citrix Workspace.
