About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, order-related concerns, account support, and service requests. You will provide professional, timely, and accurate support while ensuring a positive customer experience across every interaction. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, system navigation abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver accurate information and assistance based on customer requirements.
  • Provide a seamless customer experience while adhering to quality standards.
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions.
  • Follow established operational processes and service guidelines.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills during customer interactions.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Qualification: XII Pass

Experience

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant customer service or customer support experience are preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

Language & Communication Skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English competency equivalent to Versant Level 3–4 preferred.

Typing & Written Communication

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Written communication proficiency equivalent to CEFR Level B1.
  • Strong grammar, sentence construction, and written communication skills.

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of:
    • Internet and web-based applications
    • Mobile applications
    • System navigation
    • MS Excel
    • MS Word
  • Comfortable using CRM, telephony, and contact center applications.
