About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at Fusion CX, you will assist customers with their queries and provide support in Hindi or English according to their language preference. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Hindi and English according to their preferred language.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Class 12 pass or equivalent.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may also apply.
• Language Skills: Ability to understand and communicate in both Hindi and English, based on customer preference.
• English Proficiency: English competency equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4.
• Computer Skills: Working knowledge of the internet, mobile applications, and system navigation.
• MS Office Skills: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to customer support processes.
