About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will use your communication, analytical, and logical reasoning skills to understand problem statements raised by suppliers or vendors, quantify the issue where required, and propose appropriate solutions. The role also involves working with digital productivity tools and handling communication through Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and business-related queries using strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to understand their concerns and requirements.
• Analyse and quantify problem statements raised by suppliers or vendors.
• Use analytical and logical reasoning to understand issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Communicate information clearly and professionally in Hindi and English.
• Use MS Office and Google Spreadsheet/Google Document for relevant work and documentation.
• Apply e-commerce knowledge and understanding to customer or business-related queries where required.
• Maintain clear and effective written communication while handling assigned responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass.
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• E-commerce experience and knowledge will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Spreadsheets, Google Documents, or similar productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to quantify problem statements raised by suppliers or vendors.
• Ability to understand problems and propose appropriate solutions.
