About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Video Evaluation, you will review and evaluate videos based on the applicable age criteria of 18+. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, accurate typing, and confidence using computer applications such as MS Windows, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate videos according to the defined age criteria and assessment requirements.
• Review video content carefully and maintain the required level of accuracy during evaluation.
• Use MS Windows, Excel, Outlook, and other required computer applications to support evaluation activities.
• Maintain required quality and production standards while completing assigned evaluation work.
• Meet department and company expectations related to quality, production, attendance, and overall performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation
• Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply
• Age Requirement: Candidates must be above 18 years of age
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute
• Assessment Accuracy: Minimum 90% accuracy in the required assessment
• Computer Skills: Strong computer application skills, including MS Windows, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Performance Standards: Ability to consistently meet or exceed department and company standards for quality, production, and attendance
