Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare sector, you will:

  • Communicate with patients suffering from various ailments post-discharge to understand their health status and counsel them.
  • Monitor patients to evaluate the progress of the treatment and maintain records of the progress.
  • Engage with patients to understand their medical needs and effectively channel them to the hospitals.
  • Handle patient queries and provide responses from pre-defined FAQs.
  • Counseling patients who have been advised for surgeries on the health outcomes of the Hospitals.
  • Collate health records-related data from consenting patients.
  • Enroll new patients into the system upon receiving their call.
  • Regularly receive feedback from team managers and undergo program-related and on-the-job training regularly.
  • Ensure efficient patient data management.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

A minimum bachelor’s degree in life science stream is required for the customer service representative position.

Language Skills:

Knowledge of Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam & English would be mandatory. However, knowing Hindi would be an additional advantage for the candidate.

Experience Required:

A minimum of one year of relevant experience is desired for the role. However, exceptions can be made on a resume-to-resume basis for suitable candidates. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent active Listening skills.
