About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – E-Commerce Onboarding Support, you will support suppliers and vendors throughout the onboarding journey by resolving queries, reviewing onboarding-related information, documenting case details accurately, and recommending appropriate solutions. The role primarily involves handling inbound support interactions and conducting occasional outbound follow-ups as needed to facilitate successful onboarding. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, structured reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently within an e-commerce support environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist suppliers and vendors throughout the onboarding process by addressing queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle onboarding-related support requests through inbound interactions and occasional outbound follow-ups when required.
  • Record onboarding cases and supplier/vendor information accurately in internal systems.
  • Analyze and quantify onboarding issues to identify root causes and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Guide suppliers and vendors through onboarding requirements and process-related queries.
  • Maintain high communication standards to connect and build rapport with vendors or suppliers.
  • Follow established quality standards, process guidelines, and documentation procedures while delivering a positive onboarding experience.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Higher Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory); a regional language is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • E-commerce experience or knowledge is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Documents.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning with the ability to understand onboarding issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering a seamless onboarding experience for suppliers and vendors.
