Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive in the Howrah team:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, assisting with their inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Address customer concerns and queries related to products, orders, and services offered by the eCommerce platform.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, efficient, and empathetic communication.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-up on customer requests.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Required skills, qualifications, and experience to excel in the role of Customer Service Executive in Fusion CX Howrah:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service or BPO is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
