Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our Mumbai team, you will:

  • Proactively reach out to customers to discuss their policies, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  • Inform customers about claim rejections, explain the reasons sensitively and professionally, and guide them through the resolution process.
  • Provide accurate information on policies, comply with guidelines, and use scripts effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with operating procedures.
  • Manage multiple calls and responsibilities efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Conduct follow-ups as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and thorough resolution of queries.
