About the Role
As a Medical Officer, you will work with clients to understand their hair-related concerns and provide guidance based on the established guidelines. The role involves assessing client needs, educating them about appropriate hair-care practices, helping address concerns during treatment, and providing ongoing support while monitoring their progress.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment
A Hair Coach will assess their client’s hair condition as per the guidelines set up by the Medical Team. This assessment helps the coach understand the needs of their client.
Educate
Hair Coach will educate their clients about proper hair-care practices, including techniques for washing and protecting the hair as per set guidelines.
Problem-Solving
Hair Coach will work with their clients to identify and address any hair-related issues or concerns during the treatment. They will analyse potential causes of hair problems, such as damage, hair loss, or scalp conditions, and help the clients develop strategies to mitigate or overcome these issues.
Emotional Support
Hair-related issues can have a significant impact on an individual’s self-esteem and overall well-being. Hair Coach will provide emotional support to their clients, helping them navigate the emotional challenges that can arise from hair loss, thinning, or other hair-related concerns. They will offer encouragement, empathy, and resources to help clients feel more confident and empowered.
Goal Setting and Monitoring Progress
Hair Coach will assist their clients in setting realistic goals for their hair condition. They will monitor the patient’s progress and provide ongoing support.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
