Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate (Chat Support) will be responsible for:

  • Provide world-class service by going above and beyond to find solutions and ensure customer delight through chat support.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to user queries over chat support.
  • Build strong customer relationships to deliver quality service.
  • Take complete ownership of customer queries and ensure end-to-end satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the ecosystem built by the client to identify optimal solutions for our customers.
  • Prepare observations and provide valuable insights to stakeholders for continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a good typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Autonomy, versatility, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and responsible individual with an eye for detail and a drive to improve processes.
