Job Description

Being a part of an excellent healthcare revenue cycle management team as a Customer Service Representative or Medical biller, you will perform the following activities in Fusion CX:

• Process and Submit Claims: Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.
• Claims Monitoring: Monitor the status of submitted claims, address denials, or unpaid claims. Also, must resolve billing issues to ensure prompt payment.
• Payment Posting and Account Reconciliation: Accurately post payments received from payers and patients. In addition, reconcile account balances to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.
• Communicate with Leadership: Report with the team leader regarding billing activities, challenges, and successes to ensure alignment with department goals.
• Maintain Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to coding guidelines and billing regulations. Also, strictly maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role of Medical Biller ( Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management) in Mumbai a candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is essential. Additional education in medical billing, healthcare administration, or a related field will be preferred.
