Job Description:

As an IT Helpdesk professional at Fusion CX Cebu, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
  • Demonstrating working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture, and environments.
  • Providing proficient support for PC hardware and software issues.
  • Recording events and problems, along with their resolutions, in correct logs.
  • Identifying and suggesting possible improvements to procedures.
  • Exhibiting average written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Possessing basic knowledge of server and networking concepts (LAN & WAN).
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this role of IT Helpdesk specialist for our Cebu team, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • BS degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an IT Helpdesk professional.
