Job Description:
As an IT Helpdesk professional at Fusion CX Cebu, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
- Demonstrating working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture, and environments.
- Providing proficient support for PC hardware and software issues.
- Recording events and problems, along with their resolutions, in correct logs.
- Identifying and suggesting possible improvements to procedures.
- Exhibiting average written and verbal English communication skills.
- Possessing basic knowledge of server and networking concepts (LAN & WAN).
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role of IT Helpdesk specialist for our Cebu team, candidates should meet the following requirements:
