Job Description

Primary Responsibilities as an IT and Cloud Support Engineer in Fusion CX Cebu team:
  • Engage directly with customers in response to ticket requests.
    • Account resets
    • Set up new user accounts
    • Decommission user accounts
    • Windows and Mac support
    • Mobile device support
    • Endpoint protection agent installation and troubleshooting
  • Report observations on management that could enhance customer experience.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and provide timely updates on progress to project management and management team.

Job Requirements

Essential attributes of an ideal candidate for the role of IT and Cloud Support Engineer in Cebu:

Required Experience and Skills for the role of IT and Cloud Support Engineer in Cebu

Technical Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with expertise in:

  • Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) account administration
  • Microsoft 365 support and administration

Language Skills: Fluent in English and conversational proficiency in Spanish is required for the IT and Cloud Support Engineer role.

Desired Technical Experience:

  • Endpoint protection administration
  • Mobile device management administration

Required Non-Technical Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Multi-tasking and task prioritization skills

Desired Certifications (not required)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
