Fusion CX is seeking an experienced HRBP ( Human Resources Business Partner) Manager to join our team in Manila. As a strategic advisor and partner to our executives and leaders, you will enhance our people strategies. This position involves leadership and partnership at all levels, offering strategic and tactical HR support aligned with our financial and talent objectives.
Job Description
- Serve as a change champion, driving organizational change through data-based insights and influence.
- Design efficient organizational structures to support business growth strategies.
- Provide policies, conflict resolution, and change management coaching to foster a fair and equitable work environment.
- Implement tools for leadership development, team training needs assessment, and engaging in activities related to talent retention and employee relations.
- Evaluate rewards and recognition programs and partner with cross-functional teams on compensation practices and employee relations counseling.
Job Requirements
- Over five years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, with a preference for backgrounds in retail or consumer products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, with a proactive approach to trends and future opportunities.
- Proven track record of influencing senior executives and working collaboratively with high accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate ambiguity, prioritizing business needs effectively.
