Job Description

Fusion CX is excited to announce job openings in Cebu for the role of Collection Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire collection process and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collection Management: Serve as the focal point for all collection issues, working to efficiently and effectively resolve outstanding accounts.
  • Accounts Receivable Monitoring: Monitor accounts receivable (AR) aging daily to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
  • Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with customers via phone and email to address collection issues and negotiate payment terms.
  • Reporting: Generate AR aging reports for both the local team and headquarters and account statements for customers.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with finance, logistics, sales, and other teams to address collection issues and enhance processes.

Job Requirements

Qualities and attributes an ideal candidate must possess for the Collection Specialist role in Cebu:

  • Education: At least a college level or high school graduate (Old Curriculum).
  • Experience:
    • Must have BPO experience handling financial accounts.
    • Collection management experience will be considered an advantage for the Collection Specialist role.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in SAP.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Strong service-oriented approach and attention to detail.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must be able to start immediately.
    • Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
