Job Description:

The CPA Taxation Manager will be responsible for various aspects of Taxation to ensure compliance and efficient financial management. Fusion CX Manila team is seeking a CPA Taxation Manager with adequate experience in carrying out the following experiences:

1. Direct Tax:

• Preparation and finalization of balance sheets.
• Tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
• Collaborating with consultants on departmental work documentation.
• Liaising with auditors and consultants for effective tax management.
• Reconciliation of books with returns filed to relevant authorities.

2. Indirect Tax:

• Preparation and filing of monthly and quarterly returns.
• Handling VAT/GST matters.
• Management of withholding taxes for salary and non-salary transactions.
• Administration of statutory deductions such as SSS, PHIL Health, and PAG-I-PIG.

3. Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Modelling
4. Must perform other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

The CPA Taxation Manager joining Fusion CX Manila must have the following qualifications and qualities:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in taxation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
