We have observed an increase in recruitment fraud where scammers post fake job openings or contact job seekers with fraudulent job offers through platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS. These individuals may even conduct fake interviews to steal personal information or request payment. Certain scammers pretend to be part of the Fusion CX HR/recruitment team and offer fake job opportunities. If you or anyone you know receives unsolicited or suspicious communication regarding a job offer or interview request involving payment, please recognize it as a scam.
