Operations Director – Colombia

Fusion CX seeks an Operations Director in Colombia to lead and enhance our operational and business processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations team’s sustained performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through strategic management and process improvements.

Job Description

• Lead the operational objectives by setting clear expectations, overseeing compensation actions, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Develop operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews, and cost/benefit analysis, aligning the team with the organization’s financial goals.
• Manage operational standards and strategic plans with senior management and clients, focusing on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.
• Analyze data and prepare and present progress reports to senior managers and clients. Also, ensure the team’s alignment with client demands and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

• A university degree in administration or related disciplines, with significant experience in administration roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in English.
• Advanced analytical abilities, strategic planning, delegation, coaching, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for operational performance reporting.
• Leadership and management expertise gained through practical experience and formal training, focusing on staffing, profitability management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
