Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Fusion CX in Spindale, NC, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality support to cardholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering live assistance to cardholders with inquiries related to payment card services and benefits accounts, including transaction history, card status, balance inquiries, and more.
  • Take appropriate action swiftly to resolve customer issues, provide accurate, timely solutions, and connect with customers through multiple touchpoints.
  • Establish rapport with cardholders, particularly mature adult populations over 65.
  • Simplify complex information for easy understanding.
  • Performing accurate data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate account information.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • At least two years of customer service experience.
