Job Descriptions – Customer Service Representative
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative supporting first responder network in Fusion CX Florida:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to first responders using our private broadband network.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries related to network access, troubleshooting service, and general support.
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer information, adhering to company policies regarding privacy and security.
- Accurately record relevant customer information and service details during each interaction.
- Navigate CRM and billing systems to update customer records and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Work in a secure, paperless environment with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
- Stay calm and professional under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while assisting customers.
- Demonstrate clear verbal communication and good listening skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements – Customer Service Representative
Qualifications and skills required to excel in the role of Customer Service Representative supporting first responder network in Florida:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center environment (preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
