Job Description – Trilingual Team Leader
About the Role
As a Trilingual Team Leader at Fusion CX, you will supervise a team of multilingual customer service advisors and ensure consistent performance, coaching, and service quality across French, Spanish, and English support lines. Your leadership will be critical to creating a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused environment in our Casablanca operations.
Key responsibilities of the trilingual team leader:
- Lead, coach, and support your team to develop their skills and improve performance continuously
- Ensure outstanding customer service delivery in French, Spanish, and English
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular performance updates to management

- Minimum education level: Associate Degree (Bac+2 or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader role in a call center or customer service environment
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken
