Job Description – Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor with proficiency in English, Spanish, and French to join our technical support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support, respond to customer queries, and resolve issues in all three languages. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in English, Spanish, and French.
  • Offering personalized solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and effective resolution of their problems.
  • Monitoring customer files and ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement – Customer Service Advisor

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A BAC+2 or equivalent qualification with at least one year of experience.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, French, and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
