Job Description

As a Transition Manager at Fusion CX Manila, you will oversee the transition process for new clients and ensure all client requirements are met. Finally, you will ensure transitions are executed smoothly in this crucial transition management position in the Manila team. This role is key to our operations, and as such, it demands expertise in managing complex projects and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.

Client Onboarding and Transition Planning:

  • Develop and manage detailed transition plans for new client engagements, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with client representatives to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure all transition activities are aligned with client objectives and contractual agreements.

Project Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of the transition project as a Transition Manager in Manila, including resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Operations) to ensure a smooth transition.
