Job Description

As a Trainer in the Durgapur for the telecommunication process, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and conducting New Hire Training batches to ensure all new recruits are fully equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Delivering engaging and effective process training that fosters learning outcomes.
  • Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes
  • Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required
  • Developing and updating training schedules to assess and address training needs.
  • Collaborating with other trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure cohesive and aligned training strategies.
  • Tracking and compiling collected data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Designing and conceptualizing training materials to meet the learning needs of new hires and employees.
  • Communicating ongoing training requirements and conducting refresher courses based on TNI/BQM (Training Needs Identification/Business Quality Measures).
  • Testing and reviewing materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.
  • Keeping a comprehensive database of all training materials for easy access and continuous updates.
  • Managing Process Knowledge Tests (PKT) for consistent knowledge assessment.

Job Requirements

Minimum experience and other qualities required for the role of telecommunication trainer in Durgapur:

  • The minimum educational qualification required is a graduate in any discipline.
  • At least one year of experience as a trainer, preferably in a telecommunication process or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex topics with ease.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking data, compiling reports, and delivering training content.
  • Proven ability to engage learners and facilitate learning outcomes effectively.
