About the Role
As a Trainer – Seller Support, you will evaluate employee performance, identify skill gaps, and design structured learning programs that strengthen operational readiness. You will create engaging training content, conduct delivery sessions, and ensure that all learning materials align with process updates, product changes, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess employee skills, identify training needs, and develop structured training plans.
- Design and deliver training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions.
- Prepare user manuals, learning guides, presentations, and online resources.
- Keep training content updated with new product information, trends, and process revisions.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and operations teams to ensure training relevance and accuracy.
- Support continuous learning by coaching teams and reinforcing key behaviors.
- Maintain structured documentation of training plans, attendance, assessments, and reports.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer in e-commerce, seller support, or customer service domains.
- Prior experience supporting e-commerce seller support or sales processes is required.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with multimedia learning tools and training platforms.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to manage multiple training batches in a fast-paced WFO environment.
