About the Role
You will oversee end-to-end training activities, including classroom sessions, nesting support, and ongoing performance monitoring. The role requires active involvement in coaching, audit reviews, and ensuring that new hires meet operational performance benchmarks during the training lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Manage New Hire Training (NHT) throughput across classroom sessions, nesting stages, and end-to-end training delivery.

Monitor attrition levels during the training and nesting phases.

Track and support batch performance metrics such as productivity and Average Handling Time (AHT).

Conduct daily audits during nesting as defined by management or operational requirements.

Provide structured audit feedback and ensure feedback closure with acknowledgement during the nesting phase.

Maintain weekly login adherence in line with defined operational targets.
Job Requirements:
Education

Completion of XII from a recognized board.
Experience & Skills

Experience in training delivery or operational coaching preferred.

Ability to manage training batches and track performance metrics.
