About the Role

As a Trainer at Fusion CX Orange Walk, you will deliver training programs that strengthen agent skills, service quality, and process adherence. You’ll design and conduct classroom and virtual sessions, track learning progress, and ensure readiness for live operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding and process training for new hires.
  • Conduct refresher sessions to address skill gaps and reinforce service standards.
  • Evaluate agent performance during nesting and training phases.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training objectives with performance metrics.
  • Maintain detailed training reports, attendance records, and performance feedback.
  • Adapt training materials and delivery styles to suit bilingual audiences.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in training.  
  • At least two years of experience as a trainer in a BPO, call center, or sales environment.
  • Experience conducting bilingual (Spanish-English) training sessions.
  • Must be able to provide excellent coaching feedback to new hires and existing employees.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive training methods.
  • Must reside within Orange Walk Town or nearby areas.
  • Fully flexible with work schedules.
