Job Description – Trainer
About the Role
As a Trainer at Fusion CX Belize, you will facilitate new hire onboarding, deliver process-specific and soft skills training, and support continuous learning initiatives. Your role is critical in ensuring agents are well-prepared to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic contact center environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for new hires and tenured employees.
- Evaluate learning progress through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance.
- Support the transition of agents from training to operations.
- Update and refine training materials based on feedback and changes to the client process.
- Coordinate with Quality, Team Leads, and Operations to identify training needs.
- Foster a positive learning environment and encourage agent confidence and growth.
Job Requirements – Trainer
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in training facilitation in a BPO environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of contact center metrics and customer experience fundamentals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online training tools.
- Bilingual communication is an asset for the role of trainer in Belize.
