Job Description – Trainer

About the Role
As a Trainer at Fusion CX Belize, you will facilitate new hire onboarding, deliver process-specific and soft skills training, and support continuous learning initiatives. Your role is critical in ensuring agents are well-prepared to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic contact center environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for new hires and tenured employees.
  • Evaluate learning progress through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance.
  • Support the transition of agents from training to operations.
  • Update and refine training materials based on feedback and changes to the client process.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Team Leads, and Operations to identify training needs.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and encourage agent confidence and growth.

Job Requirements – Trainer

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in training facilitation in a BPO environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of contact center metrics and customer experience fundamentals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online training tools.
  • Bilingual communication is an asset for the role of trainer in Belize.
