Job Description:

  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end training programs for Customer Service representatives or healthcare coaches, focusing on customer service skills, process knowledge, and product knowledge.
  • Deliver classroom and blended programs that add value to the learner and their business areas.
  • Conduct refresher sessions to improve/maintain the core skills of the healthcare coaches on the operations floor.
  • Prepare and design training materials to support training initiatives.
  • Generate training reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train new Customer Service Representatives or healthcare coaches in the area of Customer Service Skills/ Process Knowledge/Product Knowledge, etc. (CORE Training).
  • Respond to and resolve issues arising out of interactions with operations.
  • Conduct timely meetings with different LOBs to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/ concerns raised by stakeholders.
  • Providing floor support as per the requirements that arise in the process.
  • Coordination with different LOBs in preparation for Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Conducting sessions and collecting feedback as required.
  • Managing Business Quality Monitoring (BQM).
  • Ensuring nesting compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate.
  • At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, and healthcare business.
  • Willingness to work six days a week and ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
