Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire training, refresher courses, and process-specific upskilling sessions for customer support teams.
- Deliver interactive, structured, and learner-centric training sessions aligned with process and service objectives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track individual trainee performance through assessments and regular feedback.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to address performance gaps and tailor interventions.
- Maintain accurate training records, performance logs, and feedback documentation.
- Provide post-training floor support and drive a continuous learning culture through coaching and refreshers.
- Ensure that training content aligns with client expectations and internal compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- A graduation in any stream is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role within a BPO or customer support environment
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and support diverse learning styles
- Proficient in MS Office tools and basic reporting
- An understanding of contact center performance metrics and service quality benchmarks is preferred.
