Job Description:

About the Role

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end training programs that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to perform effectively. You will facilitate classroom and blended learning sessions, design training materials, track learning outcomes, and support operational goals through continuous capability development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing employees
• Deliver classroom and blended learning programs that create measurable business impact
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions focused on process knowledge, communication skills, and performance improvement
• Prepare, update, and design training materials, learning modules, and training content
• Assess learner understanding and provide coaching where required
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Generate and maintain training reports, attendance records, and learning performance data
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to align training initiatives with business requirements
• Support employee development through knowledge transfer and skill enhancement initiatives

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• A graduation in any discipline
• Previous experience in training, learning and development, process training, or employee coaching preferred
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to deliver classroom and blended learning programs effectively
• Experience in preparing training content, learning materials, and training documentation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt training methodologies as needed
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
