Trainer – Car Rental Operations (WFO, Belize City)

Job Description:

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end new hire training and ongoing refresher programs for customer service agents supporting a car rental campaign. The role requires strong facilitation skills, a thorough understanding of customer support and soft sales processes, and the ability to translate operational requirements into effective, engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver new hire training programs covering product knowledge, process workflows, soft sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions to address performance gaps and reinforce core skills.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, scripts, and assessment tools aligned to campaign requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, nesting observations, and post-training performance data.
  • Provide floor support and on-the-job coaching during nesting and early production phases.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify ongoing training needs and implement targeted improvement sessions.
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and performance reports.
  • Stay current on campaign updates, process changes, and product knowledge to ensure training content remains accurate.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in training delivery within a BPO, customer service, or contact center environment required.
  • Background in sales and customer service operations is essential.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design structured learning content and assessment tools.
  • Comfortable working with agents across different experience levels and learning styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.

Language & Communication Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Belize.
