About the Role

As a Technical Support Representative – Remote EEG Monitoring at Fusion CX, you will remotely monitor ongoing EEG studies, helping maintain the integrity of EEG data and connected equipment. You will communicate with patients and EEG technicians, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, document monitoring activities, and escalate unresolved concerns to management. Accuracy, sustained attention, and clear communication are essential to help ensure each EEG study runs smoothly from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor EEG studies in progress, ensuring the integrity of EEG data and equipment.
• Follow established communication and technical procedures throughout the monitoring process.
• Communicate clearly with patients and EEG technicians during active studies.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues involving computers, software, and connected equipment.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues promptly to management for review and resolution.
• Accurately document monitoring activities, detected issues, and actions taken.
• Follow healthcare privacy protocols, including HIPAA requirements.
• Support the smooth operation of each EEG study from start to completion.

Job Requirements:

• English proficiency: C1 – Advanced, spoken and written.
• Age and identification: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid DUI.
• Education: Completed high school diploma.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of back-office experience in data monitoring, data entry, quality review, or a similar area. This is mandatory.
• Computer Skills: Ability to navigate the web, work across multiple windows and systems simultaneously, use email, and work with Microsoft Office or Google tools.
• Typing and Written Communication: Functional typing skills and strong written English. The minimum words-per-minute requirement is to be confirmed with Operations.
• Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting ability involving computers, software, and connected equipment.
• Privacy and Compliance: Ability to follow healthcare privacy protocols, including HIPAA.
• Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the operation.
• Training: Must be available to complete initial training with 100% attendance.
