Team Leader – Training – Retail/E-Commerce

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will manage the training activities for our E-commerce processes. Your essential duties will include:

  • Managing new hire training batches and training deliverables
  • Achieving training throughput targets for the assigned processes
  • Creating engaging learning experiences to achieve desired learning outcomes
  • Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate results and make necessary improvements
  • Reviewing trainers and providing constructive feedback
  • Developing a schedule to assess training needs regularly
  • Consulting and collaborating with other trainers, managers, and leadership
  • Tracking and compiling training data
  • Conceptualizing and contributing to creating training materials
  • Communicate training needs and conduct refresher training based on Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Business Quality Matrix (BQM)
  • Creating training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Testing and reviewing created materials
  • Maintaining a database of all training materials
  • Providing ideas to stakeholders based on observations to improve training processes
  • Managing the Process Knowledge Test (PKT) of the process

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum one year of documented experience as a team leader in a training team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in team management
  • The ability to articulate complex topics with ease
  • Strong analytical skills and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
