About the Role

As a Team Leader for a leading E-Commerce process, you will guide trainers, deliver end-to-end training programs, and strengthen learning outcomes across the operation. Your role ensures every trainer is supported, every batch is prepared with precision, and every training cycle drives measurable improvement. This is a hands-on leadership position where coaching, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and performance governance come together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring alignment with training goals and quality expectations.
  • Deliver and oversee end-to-end training programs, including onboarding, refresher sessions, and capability development.
  • Prepare, structure, and update training materials in collaboration with operations and quality teams.
  • Generate training performance reports and share insights with leadership for action planning.
  • Coordinate with different LOBs for Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training calendar planning.
  • Conduct feedback sessions with trainers and support them in strengthening delivery and content accuracy.
  • Provide floor support as required to ensure a smooth transition from training to production (nesting).
  • Govern nesting compliance, throughput targets, and BQM (Batch Quality Monitoring) requirements
  • Facilitate TTT (Train-the-Trainer) programs and develop training capabilities within the team.
  • Address training-related queries raised by operations and ensure timely resolution.
    Responsibilities may shift based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

Education: Graduation

  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Ability to design training content with clarity, structure, and learner focus.
  • Strong coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with fast-paced batch cycles, timelines, and throughput targets.
  • Ability to mentor trainers and maintain high training quality standards.
  • Willingness to work from the office as per the process requirements.
