About the Role
As a Team Leader – Seller Support, you will oversee a team of seller support associates, manage attendance and schedule adherence, coach team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer and seller experience. You will handle escalations, review performance reports, and maintain discipline across daily operations while supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of seller support agents to achieve performance targets.
- Manage attendance, schedule adherence, login/logout compliance, and break schedules.
- Monitor calls to ensure quality, provide coaching, and deliver structured feedback.
- Manage absenteeism and attrition through proactive people management.
- Prepare team schedules and ensure end-of-day attendance completion.
- Serve as the escalation point for seller enquiries, customer problems, and internal or external complaints.
- Maintain consistent delivery of defined customer experience standards.
- Ensure service levels, quality scores, and productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with team members to solve operational challenges and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines, policies, and process standards.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce seller support or sales is mandatory.
- Ability to manage a team of approximately 20 members.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and Excel.
- Strong coaching, people management, and performance-monitoring capabilities.
- Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing WFO operations effectively.
