Job Description:

About the Role

You will oversee Proctors and Image Reviewers, manage escalations, and ensure operational efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance across an academic integrity support program.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Proctors and Image Reviewers.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Manage escalations involving technical issues, misconduct reviews, or client concerns.
• Monitor performance metrics, including accuracy, attendance, and responsiveness, and prepare reports for the program client.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders on staffing levels and operational adjustments.
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous skill development.
• Enforce compliance with academic integrity protocols, NDA, FERPA, and data security requirements.

Responsibilities may evolve based on operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

Education

• High School Graduate

Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in BPO, customer service, or education support.
• Strong leadership, people management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, or compliance-related operations is strongly preferred.
• Analytical skills to evaluate performance data and implement corrective actions.

Language & Communication Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
