Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader (Outbound Sales)

  • Operational Setup & Management
    • Drive the initial setup and stabilization of outbound call center operations
    • Ensure smooth execution of daily workflows, processes, and campaign requirements
  • Team Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of agents
    • Monitor productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence
    • Motivate, coach, and guide team members to consistently achieve targets
  • Training & Onboarding
    • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
    • Deliver training on process knowledge, call scripts, and CRM tools
    • Provide continuous coaching to enhance individual and team performance
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitor calls and interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
    • Deliver structured feedback and implement corrective actions
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Publish daily and weekly reports covering:
      • Calls handled
      • Lead conversion and qualification rates
      • Productivity and efficiency metrics
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client coordination
    • Ensure alignment between internal operations and client expectations
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
    • Continuously optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and results

Job Requirements:

  • A graduation in any discipline
  • Proven experience in outbound call center operations or team handling roles
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (minimum B2 level proficiency preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with reporting expertise
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
