About the Role

As a Team Leader – Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team in a high-volume operations environment. You will manage daily workflows, monitor performance against targets, coach team members, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met consistently. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for professionals with prior experience in contact center or operations team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned operations team

  • Develop and implement timelines to meet defined productivity and quality targets
  • Delegate tasks effectively based on team capacity and operational priorities

Job Requirements:

Education

Experience & Skills

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling training, reviews, and performance feedback
