Job Description:

  • Leading a team of approximately 20 members, overseeing daily operations and performance.
  • Develop and enforce schedules to maintain strict attendance and compliance.
  • Implement call monitoring processes to ensure high service quality and adherence to standards.
  • Act as the primary point for customer escalations, working with your team to resolve issues effectively.
  • Drive the achievement of monthly SLA targets through exemplary leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in Telugu, English, and other regional languages is essential.
