Team Leader – Healthcare Revenue Cycle

In this role, you’ll be pivotal in steering a team of Representatives toward engaging customers and achieving satisfaction, contributing significantly to the team’s success and the organization’s goals.

Job Description

  • Guide a dedicated team of Representatives, providing clear direction, instruction, and motivation.
  • Drive the team to achieve critical results that align with organizational and business objectives.
  • Leverage your understanding of individual team members’ strengths, weaknesses, and motivations to maximize team performance.
  • Oversee task completion and ensure the achievement of desired account outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is desired, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • High energy, passion, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • At least two years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within healthcare.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and compile reports.
  • In-depth understanding of performance metrics and excellent decision-making skills.
