Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:

  • Provide encouragement and guidance to team members, communicating team goals and identifying areas for training or skill development.
  • Address team member questions and concerns, assist with problem-solving and ensure work quality and compliance with guidelines.

2. Team Meetings:

  • Conduct regular team meetings to update members on best practices, discuss ongoing expectations, and foster collaboration and engagement.

3. Patient Satisfaction:

  • Ensure quality patient satisfaction by effectively interacting with patients, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications:

  • Minimum graduate with a background in science or a relevant field.
  • At least two years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader.

2. Skills Required:

  • Should be confident in verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications like Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge related to healthcare products is a plus.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team
