About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting a team of customer-facing professionals while ensuring adherence to quality standards, operational guidelines, and customer satisfaction goals. You will serve as a key point of support for team members, help drive performance improvements, and contribute to delivering a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for team development and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide encouragement and guidance to team members.
- Communicate team goals and expectations clearly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for new training initiatives and skill enhancement programs.
- Support team members in their day-to-day responsibilities and professional development.
Performance & Quality Management
- Answer team members’ questions and provide operational support as needed.
- Assist team members in resolving work-related challenges and customer concerns.
- Oversee team member performance to ensure quality standards and guideline compliance.
- Monitor adherence to established processes and best practices.
Team Communication & Engagement
- Conduct regular team meetings to update members on best practices, operational updates, and ongoing expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Promote continuous learning and performance improvement across the team.
Customer & Patient Experience
- Support the delivery of high-quality customer and patient satisfaction.
- Interact with customers and patients when escalation support is required.
- Respond to patient enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Effectively handle and resolve patient complaints while maintaining service excellence.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Science background preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader.
- Experience leading customer support, customer service, customer success, tele calling, healthcare support, wellness support, or contact center teams preferred.
