Job Description

The Finance Team Leader in Kolkata will be responsible for the following activities and functions:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service associates to achieve team targets and objectives.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive sales initiatives and strategies to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.

Job Requirements
