About the Role
As a Team Leader – Operations, you will be responsible for guiding team members, supporting customer service excellence, and ensuring consistent resolution of customer issues. This role requires strong judgment, professional communication, and the ability to independently own issues from start to finish while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and professional written communication
- Support team members in resolving customer issues through structured problem-solving

Job Requirements:
Education
- Graduation from a recognized institution
Experience & Skills
- Proven customer service experience in a contact center or operations environment
