About the Role

As a Team Leader – Credit Sales, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and driving the performance of a team of Inside Sales Agents handling credit repair solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring that sales targets are met, customer interactions are handled effectively, and team members are continuously developed. This role requires strong leadership, performance management, and the ability to translate business goals into daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Agents handling pre-qualified leads
  • Drive team performance to achieve sales targets, conversion rates, and KPIs
  • Monitor call quality, sales performance, and adherence to processes
  • Provide real-time coaching on objection handling, consultative selling, and closing techniques
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews
  • Track and analyze team performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Handle escalations and support agents in complex or high-value customer interactions
  • Ensure accurate usage of CRM tools and sales systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Hodu)
  • Collaborate with training and quality teams to improve team capability and performance
  • Maintain discipline, motivation, and engagement within the team

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Sales Agent in a call center or BPO environment
  • Strong background in inside sales, inbound sales, or credit/financial services sales preferred
  • Proven experience managing sales targets and team performance

Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
