Job Description:

About the Role

You will oversee a team of content moderation associates, ensuring consistent performance, quality alignment, and adherence to operational updates. The role requires hands-on coaching, attendance management, audit oversight, and daily team engagement to maintain service accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for overall team performance and delivery against targets.
  • Manage and track attendance for the assigned team.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with each associate.
  • Review defects or reversed audits and provide coaching to address improvement areas.
  • Cascade operational updates and ensure each associate acknowledges understanding.
  • Provide floor support and respond to associate inquiries.
  • Conduct daily and weekly huddles to discuss performance and team challenges.
  • Submit daily audit disputes to Quality for validation.
  • Complete monthly coaching sessions based on the associate’s monthly scorecard.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation
  • Skills: Strong English communication skills (mandatory); ability to lead, coach, and support team performance
  • Work Mode: WFO
