Job Description:

As a Team Leader for the Collections process, you will oversee daily collection activities, support your team with training and guidance, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and operational standards. You will also manage client communication, drive team performance, and maintain accurate reporting while supporting targets across recovery, quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily collection operations for the team.
• Use your knowledge of financial products to guide and support team members.
• Ensure effective execution of collection processes and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support timely collections.
• Monitor overdue accounts and drive timely follow-ups and resolution.
• Work toward achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
• Maintain SLA performance and drive improvements across agent KPIs.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to collection executives.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and ensure data integrity across reports.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation (minimum educational qualification).
• Proven experience in Collections (mandatory).
• DRA certification required (freshers with non-DRA can be considered only if applicable in your process — follow internal rules).
• Experience handling financial products, such as personal loans, business loans, and credit cards.
• Strong understanding of financial product lifecycle and repayment processes.
• Ability to manage collection cycles, recovery strategies, and customer follow-ups.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Experience in driving sales and collection targets.
• Ability to coach teams and manage performance metrics effectively.
